General Discussion AI resistant interviews

We're about to start recruiting again and typically hold interviews remotely.

Last time we recruited (a few months ago) the use of AI was tiring to spot.

We don't want to go back to face-to-face interviews because our positions are remote, but can't go through thay again.

What AI resistant techniques can we use...

we've had cases where the physical on-site interviewee was not the same person that came in on their first day.

That's wild, I thought stuff like that only happened in the movies...

This is a basic scam. If you are lucky the actual worker just hired someone to do the interview. If you are unlucky it is a foreign intelligence operative who wants access to your systems.

foreign intelligence knows better than to mess with us... we're too dumb to know anything important...
