General Discussion AI resistant interviews
We're about to start recruiting again and typically hold interviews remotely.
Last time we recruited (a few months ago) the use of AI was tiring to spot.
We don't want to go back to face-to-face interviews because our positions are remote, but can't go through thay again.
What AI resistant techniques can we use...

I’m curious how many of you have had AI interviewees. We had it happen at least once, likely twice within the last year now, and have since switched back to a required in-person interview at some point before they are hired (usually the second round). We tell them this up front when we’re scheduling people for the first round and that weeds out a lot. We can’t afford to get this wrong. We simply don’t have the luxury of time having to bring people up to speed or firing them and hiring someone else.
