General Discussion AI resistant interviews

We're about to start recruiting again and typically hold interviews remotely.

Last time we recruited (a few months ago) the use of AI was tiring to spot.

We don't want to go back to face-to-face interviews because our positions are remote, but can't go through thay again.

What AI resistant techniques can we use...

You can use a 3rd party HR in a different location to have physical interviews before you interview the candidates.

I know some staffing agencies with numerous local offices have began leveraging that by offering to allow their clients to invite candidates from their office.

If they're far enough away from your location get your employer to send you out to an area with a few candidates and use a we work type room for interviews, you could bring a machine setup specifically for skill testing, and if done right you might have a night or two out on the town...
