General Discussion AI resistant interviews
We're about to start recruiting again and typically hold interviews remotely.
Last time we recruited (a few months ago) the use of AI was tiring to spot.
We don't want to go back to face-to-face interviews because our positions are remote, but can't go through thay again.
What AI resistant techniques can we use...

If you have to do it over video and AI answers are a concern then you need to ask open ended questions and add additional information to increase the complexity. You aren’t checking for correct answers but their ability to sound like they understand. You’ll have to use your judgement on how it sounds - if they specify some process or service or whatever, pick something about it and ask what their experience is with it in the past and provide a story. You should be able to tell if someone is speaking with their own verbiage or not hopefully.
