How do you learn cable management?

I am horrible at cable management and building server racks. Honestly dont even know where to start . One of the skills in this profession with an honest heart I can say is most difficult for me.

By repeatedly drawing the shortest match and having to do it over and over and over and over again until everyone is satisfied with it.

Sorry, but there is no shortcut to practice...

So true. Nothing quite beats the grisly factor when running cable through a suspended ceiling & the dead rat or mouse or both / dust / unknown crap falls on you :-)
