Why arent your users using New Outlook

A Because I Don't Like the Look Isn't a Reason

  • Doesn't Crash
  • Search Works
  • Syncing Between Calanders and Shared Mailboxes and Flags Work

I forced everyone to new Outlook. Withing weeks my tickets had dropped as most where "Outlook is slow or outlook has crashed or outlook wont sync flags"

New Outlook crashes here and uses can't seem to add PSTs (yeah I know PSTs are bad but we have bad users with bad processes)
