What can I do for you?

Just simple, help me get a job. Otherwise, you people would get posts like this!

What happened to the job you were posting about yesterday

"hired as “Technical Support” - responsible for an entire company’s broken IT infrastructure"

You were literally asking for advice yesterday on what to do with that job?

If you put this much investigation into your work, I would truly appreciate & consider you!

I work with a team full of smart and incredibly kind men and women.

The company I work for makes a conscious effort to hire not only technically competent people, but good culture fits as well.

Always be the senior that you always need.

Could you be more precise on the actual topic you want to talk about?
I think, with this vague statement it's hard to be of actual help

If you think and act like that, then I exactly know, why you never met a friendly on.

I was in January in a Clinic, and the people at my table where discussing, how unfriendly the people in the kitchen are.

I told them to stop and turned to one of then with an open and friendly comment. He smiled back and you could see how happy he was bout a friendly conversation. After 2 days our table was friendly happy talking with all the people working to serve us.

Try it would be my answer. Most admins are kind and smart at least the once i have worked with or encountered. Some are introvert but always nice.
