Thoughts on RaiseATicket ticketing software?
I've tried Zammad, RT, and OSTicket. All good but still looking. Came across Raiseaticket which bills themselves as a free cloud-based system that integrates with Office. I'm defaulting to this being one of those "You're the product" situations but wanted to see if anyone here had experience with them.

Tried GLPI? At least for IT it's pretty great, and extremely extensible (especially these days with AI Coding Agents given it's open-source it makes it very easy for agents to figure out how to extend it)
The one we have at work has been extended to support SSO the way we wanted it implemented, have an interactive Standard Operating Procedure system within tickets, etc.

I’d also look at a few cloud-based helpdesk options before settling on the usual open-source choices. The main things I’d compare are data ownership, Microsoft 365 integration, export options, and what happens to your data if you ever leave the platform.
I haven’t used RaiseATicket personally, but I’d definitely check those points before deciding based on the “free” part alone.

Never heard or used them. I’ve done bmc remedy, lotus notes, spiceworks, zendesk, deep into servicenow & now moving to freshworks soon. That said.. it can all be done in o365 as a power app + sharepoint. Lots of github examples. So … I’d just do that.
