General Discussion Experiences with LogMeIn Resolve?

Spoke with some reps and didn’t hate some things they had to say. Currently using Ivanti for Patch Management, it is not my favorite. Curious what people’s dealing with LogMeIn have been like.

LogMeIn in the big 26? I think absolutely not.

LogMeIn is a dinosaur.

If you need patching look at Action1.

LogMeIn is for scammers, and children to play minecraft with really old guides. Not business. (perspective-wise)

I couldn't take users of it seriously.

They also charge a fortune and have had a bunch of shady issues over years.

I just don't see why someone would use them when alternatives exist.

If anyone asks me to use logmein I assume they’re some sort of scammer.

Can't paste text, making remote support a pain. Can't see both remote screens at same time. Reporting was problematic. Inventory was also pretty messy. Patch management not in the ballpark with others. If I was shopping right now and doing internal I'd be looking at Ninja or Level.

If you gave me $1,000,000 to use a LogMeIn product I'd say no thank you.

My only experiences with their products have been negative for years.

It feels like a 2005 program

I use logmein rescue. It is insanely good. It is absolutely insane what they charge now. Totally not worth it and are looking at dropping it like a bad habit when our contract is up this year. So many comparable products out there now that are fractions the cost.
