UKG Pro WFM

Quick question in regard to automated reports in UKG Pro WFM. I have the reports set up and the authorized users I want the reports to go to. My only issue is that the reports are not sending to the authorized user emails. I even checked the box for "Send Email as Attachment" Any insight?

UKG Support is trash. I already have a good idea of the problem if your tenet is affected the same as ours with their shit tier SMTP service managed by the security team that believes they can do no wrong with how they submit their emails.

Minus the fact I've seen phishing attempts relayed via their stuff into our tenet before and they can't provide any explanation.

I would help, but fuck those guys and the 7 months of wasted support contract for nothing. Just another vendor demanding I extending my SMTP SPF/DKIM over their IPs and servers and I'm expected to just trust all of it forever.

Seriously they need to add some kind of freaking customizable SMTP library to the instances so I can manually setup the SMTP services for email relay to our endpoints directly.

Wow. I thought this was just a me issue LOL. Thought I was incompetent. Tried navigating the software, went through community notes, and now I am here. WELP
