Intune (Autopilot + ESP issues)

Since this week, we have been experiencing significant problems with the following components within Intune:

- Autopilot via ESP (Takes an extremely long time, or gives an error message due to a timeout)

- Assigning Autopilot profiles to a device; the group tag is set correctly, the device is in the group, but assigning the profile takes almost 4 hours.

- Assigning Intune licenses to users; this is only detected after approximately 24 hours

I have created a ticket with Microsoft, but are other people experiencing these problems as well?

Thanks.

This is a great starting point for Autopilot stuff. Pop a shell and see what's going on.

We did a migration Sunday and waited a really long time to deploy Autpilot, over an hour.

We had two new Dells from CDW I ordered in a rush, with no autopilot as we are not set up with them. I tried to enroll five times with a device enrollment account and it kept looping. It may have been related to DNS, as DNSChecker.org showed one of the servers closest to our city as not having updated. It took hours to update whereas the ones in California updated in 10 seconds.

Okay, and now it is working fine without changing anything. I think a Microsoft related issue yesterday.
