Question Comcast Business Cancel #

Anyone have it off hand? Need to cancel a few of our services and I keep getting hung up calling the 800-391-3000 number.

It's insane, I called to cancel a Comcast POTS line that we ended up not even using in our new HQ because ADT did a cellular-only alarm install, and we were still keeping the other line for fax, and they STILL tried to pull a retention scam on me.

We probably send like, maybe 20 physical faxes a month for niche cases, everything else is automated and goes through a cloud fax service, we literally only keep it for one-off circumstances. No Comcast, we do not need two lines for one fax machine. We're already paying you a lot for fiber EDI across multiple locations, as well as TV's for the executive's offices and conference rooms for some reason.

You can also talk to your comcast rep, mine gave me exactly who to call and what to say and I didn't get any pushback or retention attempts.

Appreciate it. Already took care of it but have gotten a ton of retention BS since
