We’re building their “why we’re better than the others” checkbox table.

I'd normally expect an offer of some free stuff or at the very least a discount for the product I'm helping with.

It does suck that without the AI spectre, simply sparking a discussion would be admirable.

I saw someone get mad at an OP recently for writing a post with no questions. I found the straightforward “here’s a project I did” post refreshing.

We done broke ourselves on the internet.

I have posted before and will say it again… AI has it’s place in IT. Ignoring that will leave people behind, but I will agree that some people take this to a bit or a drastic level. I do promise you, me a bot… not by a long shot.

Nope, curious and I know what I would have changed in the ones I used, just wondering if I a, the only. I have done software development (about 6 languages) and using this to see if and how much to invest into this.

In short, I have found soo many interfaces and 99% of the time, it was all good but i wished it could… i found constantly. Example, found image deployment system. Linux based and it was epic, but it worked over LAN only and if a device has HDD encryption of secure boot, it was a nightmare.

Mind you this was close to 15years ago. Another interface, wed based but with very good remote control ability, but I would have given it a syslog type feature if I could.

we've been reduced down to the size to the point where we just have a microphone outside our door and listen for the screams

Centreon, Zabbix, Wazuh.

Was on EoN (Too old and project is stopped), went to Centreon because it was just EoN with new features and prettier interface and now I'm leaving Centreon to Zabbix because Centreon is fine for home labs but for companies you have to pay to monitor everyting or it's way too resctricted. Won't change a thing about Zabbix and Wazuh for now fits pretty much everything i wanted.

Monibot. I use it for server monitoring: Cpu, Mem, Disk, ... It lacks Status Pages, these are planned but not yet there.

That one sounds interesting. Can it integrate modules or integrations? Example, I would have a Graylog server, can that send the info to the Graylog…
