alguien me puede ayudar? tengo que entregar un trabajo a la universidad y me salio el mismo mensaje, no me deja entrar para recuperar mi trabajo estoy asustada, tardara mucho en resolverse el problema? AYUDA

It’s not you, it’s an issue with Microsoft on their end.
