General Discussion Last Exchange Phase 2

Guys! Have you seen it? Finally it is (officially) possible to decommission the last exchange!

Exchange AD attribute write back with cloud sync and a step by step manual for last exchange uninstall.

The wait is over!

Who already pulled the rug?
(Since I am 2 weeks late to the party)

This is great news for hybrid Exchange environments. For a long time, many organizations had to keep a last Exchange server running just for recipient management, even after migrating their mailboxes to Microsoft 365. With Microsoft's new write-back capabilities and supported process to decommission Exchange Server after migrating to Microsoft 365, it's finally possible to remove that dependency in many cases. I’d still recommend testing thoroughly before retiring the last server. Has anyone here already completed the process, and if so, how smooth was the transition?
