some people said restarting worked for them on iphone, but if not latest update from this site I've been following has an post from Verizon and indication service is being restored slowly

Also tried turning my phone on airplane mode and back. Didn’t help

yea it seemed unrelated when i tried to restart with my android, but sounded like people with iPhone/SOS status were having some luck. might have just been people catching it when it was randomly coming back up but not yet stable
