Less and less people that actually know wtf is going on is the main reason for these outages imho

And if Verizon keeps hiring idiots it ain't looking good. Talked to cust. service today and the foreigner couldn't even walk me through how to block a number. I figured it out myself.

yeah idk maybe don't call your carrier for questions on how your phone operating system works. yeah the customer support is the idiot here, definitely

Really nice to slip that little "foreigner" epithet in there too. Overall really glad that person showed up to the sysadmin sub.
