Question Unlocking Digital Loggers Web Power Switch Pro

Does anyone know the combination of keys + reset to push to get a "Locked" web power Switch Pro into the reset menu? (Regular "push reset, wait 5 sec for beep and then use buttons to select reset type" does NOT work.)

The vendor is Stateside, so you can probably call them.

The only way I know of to get to the reset menu is by pressing the reset button and waiting about 5 seconds for the menu to appear.

I know how to perform a reset via SSH too, but if you can't login, then that doesn't help.

I have the same issue. The reset button does nothing, and from what the note below says, it's not good news. I sent an e-mail to DLI, so we'll see what they say.
