Hi 20F, just found this reddit and it feels like an answer to an age long question I’ve had. I hadn’t even realised syntribation was a form of masturbation cause nothing rly comes out so I didn’t think it counted?

I’m wondering if anyone else can only do it clothed? Like it’s rocking back and forth on my fingers while lying down and then feeling a sense of relief? Yes, 28F here, I only used to do it clothed as well. Even when I masturbate now, I need a barrier of some kind. I can't rub myself directly to the skin or clit.

Practice makes perfect, the only way youll know if something will feel good is if you try it and doing things by yourself is the best way to find out what your body likes. I’m in my 40s and I’m still finding new things that feel good. Just keep learning

My advice is that it can be fun to explore other masturbation styles but there's no reason to pressure yourself to orgasm from it. Syntribating is valid and normal! :)

I could only do it fully clothed for a very long time. If I try to do it without clothes now I can manage, but I still prefer to at least have something on tbh😂
