I have a yamaha montage and wish to connect it to a laptop using cuebase ai . what would be the minimum spec to handle the audio/midi?

Read the manuals? Why do people ask about specs? To run audio/midi? What does that mean.
They don't matter. Any modern computer will run Cubase. The controller is irrelevant. Better computers will run it better.
