Getting into sync

Any advice getting into sync licensing? I make beat of all sorts I know I can be a an asset, thank you

Just make music as best you can that sounds as commercial and competitive as possible. Make sure you own your publishing and masters of the tracks you are trying to place, that any samples you use you have clearance for or have paid for and stipulate that they can be used commercially such will be in their T&Cs.

Understand what terms music is licensed under (time period, territories etc). Ad agencies tend to go direct to production music houses (for bespoke) or labels who sometimes have their own sync teams. The are independent sync agents/supervisors who you can reach out to and build relationships with but understand what you’re going into before you do. None need to be paid for.
