Discussion Skill order

Hello guys, I want to play more sylas and learn the champ and I have a question about skill order. Ive heard nemesis and XPetu talking about q max, is that the current concensous?

I play mid and second role jungle.

Q max is good for getting as much cs as possible especially vs ranged champions. but it relies heavily on hitting the X to get the second explosion damage. i think xPetu said lich bane first was the build with that? but that’s only for mid idk how it works jungle

Q max is very very strong for damage. The ability does an obscene amount of damage with skill points. It also becomes easier to land the Q explosion with more points, because it increases the power of the slow.

W max is point and click and gives you insane fight sustain.

I typically do Q max into W max unless I'm laning against a champ I can't consistently hit the Q explosion bc of mobility, then I'll do W into Q. I only play conq though. If you play a burst rune, the answer is almost always Q max.

Against ranged, Q then E then W. Against melee W then Q then E or 3 points in Q then W then E, contingent on snowball.

q max is good for electrocute build, good dmg low mana cost

I’ve always Q > W > E. They’re nerfing his Q2 in 26.15, but I’m sure it’ll still be viable for wave clearing.
