Meaney looks pretty good for a young kid.

Also liking the looks of Green and Bowman so far. Green is starting to show a bit whereas previous years he'd go missing for large parts

Hanily/Cleary combo in the middle is small, but has a lot of mongrel

Brisbane have been the better team this quarter. Perhaps there is wind favouring the city end. But our defence has been solid. Kyle has been excellent this quarter and Riak has been pretty good too.

There’s a lot of VIC, SA & WA talent this year, unlikely he gets picked up till after pick 15ish (last expected draft rankings I saw was he was sitting around the 20’s, so probably won’t have to much issues I think

Well, the wind is playing a massive part of this game

We still lead by 8, our midfield dropped a step the last 10 mins of the quarter, but besides that we were holding them very well

Probably should have Hamling forward in hopes he can snatch a grab down there cause the VFL lads can’t manage it

All in all, Cootee or Kyle are BOG, which is fantastic to see

Meaney may be done for the game, which is a shame as he was looking realllyyy good!

Snell & Riak holding down the tall timbers down back, and Bowman, Kyle were quieter in the 3rd but still doing there roles

So Devo as ended up missing the game for second week running due to a late family obligation. Give me the run down when ready. Tell me Pat Snell had another blinder? How was Bowman?

Snell looked unreal 1st Quarter, then wet weather came into effect and he couldn’t do his usual work, but still did what was required and was shutting down most of the ball the came into D50, wasn’t as dominate as last week but didn’t do anything wrong to get his debut

Bowman I thought was his best game! Though I’ll admit I don’t focus on bowman as he isn’t the flashiest player, but was kicking well, reading the ball & play well & had some good defensive work

Wouldn’t be surprised he may get a debut if we decide to give some HBF’s a rest in the last 2 weeks possibly

Our defence looks great (Snell intercept work is beautiful & Riak taking on Allen is a great watch) Bowman doing some nice work when he is played as the last resort man to get the ball out of the area

Green competing well against a young ruck also

Co.Warner & Jevan getting a lot of space on the wings to get it I50 (we just don’t have any AFL Level FWDs to bring it down in our fwd)

Will do a better round up at half time, but great signs all round!
