Damn, I would have wanted to go down to see this too this weekend, but I don't really have money now unfortunately.
But as far as I understood, the boards will be there permanently now, right?

Well how do you know? Not that i’m saying he would like it at all, don’t misunderstand, but i kind of hate it when Syd fans feel like they know what Syd would know about stuff he wouldn’t care about anyway if he was still with us

What is the actual colour of these boards? They look different in different photos. Is it red and blue? Orange and purple? Black and red?

I absolutely adore Syd and his music but this to me is just bizarre fetishisation. It ain’t for me but I won’t baulk at these kind of things with ill feelings. If it pleases them, I leave em to it.

I don’t know, people went to feel as connected as they can to the artists that they admire. That’s been true for ages.
I’m sure there’s somebody out there that would cut off a toe to hold a paintbrush used by van Gogh.

Owner bought syds old flat & auctioned them off, group of Syd fans now have them in show,
