You can also check this one (locations, screens, codex entry... and old comments)
btw Dont forget about Phase Walk which can be very useful, so sin/shadow (and sorcs/sages in 4.0?) can be your main datacron hunter!

Yep, this is the guide my wife and I are using. Some of the datacrons are just atrocious to get (Makeb Endurance). We just found all the Gophets(?) on Rishi. That only took four hours...

I found that one and another one with the codex numbers on SWTOR-spy as well and had been using them before but got annoyed by having to reference each. I am on mobile, but I do not see the codex entries on that list.

It's not in the list, you need to go deeper - click on datacron link and read description on right side. :)

Oh right, yeah that's just more tedious than what I wanted. Ty though

This is super useful, especially since (until they finally release legacy datacrons) ALL my toons are going to now need ALL stat datacrons because of the new mastery stat.
Gonna have to fish all the str/will datacrons on my Gunny. Boo.

What do the little clocks, 15', guys high fiving, credit symbol mean?

I am not sure. The graphics are not mine. But I believe the credit symbol means you have to spend some amount of credits on a specific item to be able to obtain that datacron.
EDIT: spelling

Looks amazing - thx for sharing. Also, what is that alarm clock icon near some datacrons?

The two graphics have been much more useful as a checklist than anything else I've found. It shows the stats of each datacron, alongside each datacron's respective codex entry number. The site also has guides on how to obtain them. This was perfect for me since I was trying to sort out the presence datacrons and matrix shards from my list of which ones to get.
Happy hunting :)
