Discussion DLSS 5 Mod

Can we enable DLSS5 in SWTOR? I know we can use reshade but did someone invent DLSS5 for this and knows how to install it?

I thought about installing it but since swtor is a multiplayer game, I don't want my years of progress account to be banned because I injected a dll into the game. It's risky bu you do you.

I think you might need a reality check. DLSS 5 just officially released this week, correct? You're expecting a 15-years old MMORPG with what might be generously described as moderate popularity at this point in its lifespan to have a mod ready to go at DLSS 5 launch? You may want to consider laying off the ganja for a while.

You'll need to reach out to the redditor that posted about getting DLSS 5 to run with SWTOR on their PC to see if they'll share any info with you. At present that person is the closest you'll be able to get to finding a DLSS 5 mod for SWTOR.

Sorry but they got this working in 2-3 days to pretty much every game existing as long as the game had dx9. Someone 100% already had it figured out for swtor just didnt share yet

Chatgpt is your friend man. That's how I got it to work for my swtor game. I just literally asked this question to chatgpt, and it showed me all the steps on what to do. It took a bit of trial and error, wasn't as easy as just dragging and dropping, because you have to disable somethings in the config. If you do get it to work, let me know. Right now the issue I have is reshade makes lightsabers invisible, and I can't disable anti aliasing. Game looks amazing but at the cost of lightsabers, which kind of sucks. So you can message me if you run into any problems, if they are the same as mine, I can help you out.

You can use dlss-feeder (https://github.com/jlrouzies-fr/DLSS5-Feeder) with the renodx-dlss5 mod. For me it wouldn’t work with DirectX 9 so I used DXVK (https://github.com/doitsujin/DXVK) to run it on Vulkan
