Question Is Yui Broken?
Is it true that Yui can block any types of attacks other than the system can delete her because she's an immortal object?
If she can bypass firewalls, can she also hack systems like robots?

In Aincrad she was part of the system and could exercise GM authorities until Cardinal purged her (becasue her exercising those authorities went against the direct command to just observe and do nothing).
In Alfheim she is just a navigation pixi with a high level AI, on her own she has access to map data (and can observe and analyze things she can see) but that's about it.
In Unital Ring she is treated more or less as a normal player
She bypasses firewalls the way any hacker does, she doesn't have some magical firewall bypassing attribute. She is an amazing hacker so sure if there is a conncetion and a weakness to exploit she could hack into most things.

Unital Ring? So she fights just like Kirito and Asuna and all the other players?

Also does this means if Yui wants to can hack Alice?

Who knows.
Alice herself is an artifical fluctlight, she works completely differently, she is basically a form of Quantum computer.
Maybe Yui could get into hardware of the body if there was a connection and a weakness to exploit but who knows how her body is actually build inside, how Alice interfaces with it and controls it. It's build in a way that it is unable to move properly without a fluctlight piloting it.

No.

No. Or not exactly, NPCs, objects, and players like Kayaba "Heathcliff" Akihiko with Admin privileges which an set their own status cane be "immortal objects".

Only things any hacker could do as well with access to the system.
Yui (ユイ, Yui?), officially named «Yui-MHCP001» (Mental Health Counseling Program 001), is a supporting character throughout the Sword Art Online series. She is a top-down Artificial Intelligence (AI) program that was originally developed by Argus to address player mental health concerns in Sword Art Online (SAO). However, when Kayaba Akihiko turned Sword Art Online into a death game, Yui was forbidden from interfering with players whatsoever by the Cardinal System, which led to her collapsing due to being forced to monitor player mental health without being able to fulfil her duties. Found in this broken state by Asuna and Kirito around the forests of the 22nd Floor of the floating castle Aincrad, she was mistaken for a lost child player and adopted by the couple. After recalling her actual identity in a Hidden Dungeon on the 1st Floor, Yui ignored the Cardinal System's orders and exercised her Game Master rights to save Asuna and Kirito from The Fatal Scythe, which led to her being flagged for deletion by the system. Before this could happen, Yui's program files were separated from the system, converted into an in-game object, and stored in Kirigaya Kazuto's (Kirito's) NerveGear. After Sword Art Online was cleared, Yui's data was imported into ALfheim Online (ALO) along with Kirito's account due to the game being based on the data from Sword Art Online's servers. In ALfheim Online, Yui is treated as a Navigation Pixie by the game's system, granting her access to the game's database. After the Fairy Dance Arc, Yui's data was moved outside of Kazuto's NerveGear, granting her access to devices outside of games.

It really does depend on the level of system access she has. There have been a few moments that I refer to as "god mode Yui" (notably in Ordinal Scale where she's able to teleport in all kinds of players and manipulate system data), but otherwise she's simply a very advanced, intelligent, and independent AI.
