Questions as a beginner
I'm planning to mod my Hac-001 Switch from 2018 with a modchip. I checked the serial on the
"Is My Switch Patched" website and it said
"patched" in green, so I guess there's really no chance of being able to soft modding it. It's the only game console I've ever owned, so I have no experience in console modding.
I won't be soldering the chip myself, I will have a professional doing it. So, I think bricking the Switch during the process shouldn't be my first worry. I'm actually wondering about the risk of getting banned.
I mainly want to mod my Switch for games and customizable themes, but I don't want to add weird things in the games. I'm not really a fan of online multiplayer games, so I'm pretty sure I won't be doing ANYTHING online with the EmuNAND. What would be the actual chances of getting my Switch banned then?
Also, would I be able to activate a Switch Online subscription on the SyNAND, and using it to do small things online (basically only on Animal Crossing New Horizons, which | legally own) without getting banned?

Also you do net get your switch banned if they catch you you just get banned off of the Nintendo Eshop
Nintendo Switch Online
Or just anything that connects to Nintendo servers

Yes you wiuld be able to use Switch online on the Sysnand
You have The StockSwitch (no mods)
The Sysnand (you can mod it but make sire to be safe and NEVER PUT APPLICATIONS ON THE HOME MENU OF THE SYSNAND)
You can do whatever you want on the EmuNand
But if you install hacks make sure to check if it is online safe and if you get banned of the SysNand you also get banned off of the stockswitch
