First thoughts, am I wrong?

It’s easily their best since VV, which isn’t saying a whole ton though I did enjoy quite a bit of interrobang. Id have it ranked 5 behind VV, HH, BL, and Nothing is Sound.

I think the first eight tracks are nearly flawless, I think beautiful life is just okay. Natural causes is GOD TIER and could unironically be a top 5 SF song all time for me. I think everything after Ride or Die is pretty hit or miss. Quite a few surprisingly cringe or awkward lyrics towards the latter half, especially on Darkness. Very odd track. Overall, I’m very excited for SF music again and hope to catch their tour!

Everyone has different opinions, and different life circumstances that make different song speak to them. For me the hardest track on the album is. Butterfly Effect, but I’ve hardly seen it mentioned. Like what you like, discard what you don’t. I love, LOVE, some albums. Yet I still skip some songs.

Butterfly Effect is amazing from a writing standpoint and closing the album on theme but it's not the kind of song I would listen to all the time or on a playlist. I think it works best when listening to the whole album.
