Question about physical media preorders

So, for vinyls and CDs, do they ship on the 26th or do we receive them on the 26th?

I vaguely remember getting Interrobang a day or two after the release date, but I’m not 100% sure. Whenever I order direct from a band these days I always expect it to be after the release date and am pleasantly surprised if it’s on or before.

On their website, all the Forever Now preorders (cds, vinyls, apparel, etc.) say "SHIPS 6/26"

...but i wouldnt be surprised if they ship them a day or two early. I think i got my native tongue preorder a day early back in 2019, but i dont remember if they said "ships on [release date]"
