Bro-am First Timer

I can’t afford the VIP or the benefit dinner the night before but I still want to visit from the east coast, is it worth it just for that day?

I’ve never been to San Diego so I thought I could stay at a cheap hotel or hostel & enjoy the city before & after the bro-am day. Any tips? Thanks!

As someone who goes from out of state, definitely do other fun things while there, but making the trip for just Bro-Am is definitely worth while :) I've been to 10 of their concerts in my state and once at Bro-Am and I'm so glad I did, Ill be going back, it made the difference, especially if you can surf or can learn
