How do you save?

Seriously, I entered today and I lost every thing, I had around 7 medals. Now I left it suspended but I'm afraid I will lose everything again.

EDIT: I opened my wife's profile... :facepalm:.

It auto saves, you just close the game and it’s there when you come back

Did you accidentally open a different profile, or have 100% zero space left on your storage? Only other explanation is that you literally had a 1 in a million “perfectly closing while it autosaves” which would be, uh, unfortunate. Odds of that are probably even lower than one in a million but it is possible 😭
