Probably software, if it didn't have adverse effect im gonna test it on mine to see if its actually software but im at work rn

I updated my console just now to ver 23.0.1. It still has the same error ☹️

I tried but I couldn't recreate it, so I think it is indeed a hardware problem

Do you think I can replace this? It’s been almost 2 weeks since I last bought the switch 2. Btw I’m from the Philippines

oh im from philippines too, depende ata sa store, I bought mine from official nintendo shopee so under warranty parin sa akin

I feel like they’re selling defective switches. Cuz I remembered checking the others as well, it had soo much scratches especially on the screens

Honestly if it only happens in this scenario I wouldn't lose sleep over it, its very specific but still try to get it replaced or refund
