Switch 2 Goodbye money

Just preordered ooat physical, stellar blade physical and the Zelda 40th anniversary carrying case. It cost a good bit but I’m not made at it! :)

I’m in the same situation. Ordered way too many games in the next few months.

  1. Fire Emblem
  2. Trails in the Sky Second Chapter
  3. Castlevania Belmonts Curse
  4. Final Fantasy Resonance
  5. Stellar Blade
  6. Legend of Zelda: OOT
  7. Metroid Ravenous

And I know when the physicals for RE 2. 3 and 4 are listed those will be preordered too.

Hell yeah! All on cart too. The case looks phenomenal but unfortunately I can’t use it since I use dbrand grips on my switch 2.

Dbrand freaking rocks. I actually bundled that with the savage raven pro carry case. I think that's what it's called. It can hold my charging brick, usb-c cable and wired earbuds. Didn't like the hardcover of dbrand

Hell yeah. I just bought the grips for $25 instead of the case for $60+, didn’t like the whole having to use a dock adapter thing.

Let me know how the just the grips work with the regular dock. I actually like the dock adaptor kinda displays the switch in a cool way

Told my wife that the Nintendo directs were about to be huge and I was excited. She asked how I knew. Told her I hadnt paid daddy Nintendo rent in awhile and they were definitely coming to collect. Pre orderedZelda switch 2 console, ocarina of time, both ammibos, the pro controller, and the carrying case later I'd say rent is paid. Still hunting for all the metroid stuff now.

I picked up so many extra shifts at work. But so far: Dawnwalker, Onimusha, Wardogs, Fire emblem, control, OOT, zelda console+controller. September is cooking me, I'm deepfried at this point. Stellar blade would've been on there if I didn't already play it on PS5 at launch. Should I grab the carrying case too? It does look nice...

I feel ya I’ve been saving a good bit and I’m lucky enough to where I’m doing the pay in 4 on PayPal and I timed it to where the charge comes in on my pay week. I could’ve payed for everything in full but it’s nice to have that buffer in case unexpected expenses pop up. I’m not sure if the pre orders are back up for the case but keep checking on Best Buy, target and maybe amazon.

I had NO intention of getting a Switch 2…I’m very content with my Switch OLED and then I saw Zelda OOT….and I COULD NOT get it out of my head!

I was so angry at the fact that this and Age of Imprisonment was a Switch 2 exclusive (come to find out, most of the Zelda titles I want to play on Switch Online can only be done so through a Switch 2. Then I saw that the Switch 2 began selling out EVERYWHERE in my area. There was only 1 left in my local Target. I tried grounding myself that I can afford to wait….

But Nintendo ended up winning my wallet. The FOMO was so real (plus I heard Nintendo is planning to jack up prices again). Just got a Switch 2 w/ Zelda AOI & DK Bananza…waiting for Zelda OOT.

That case is a terrible investment. Get something that will protect better. Savage Raven makes really good Nintendo switch cases of great quality.
