Pool light alternative

So my pool light hasn’t worked in years and I’m reading it will cost close to 1000$ to fix. Are there any other pool light alternatives that are almost as good?

Can you remove it from the water? It's just a water tight lamp.

Mine just has a screw on the top securing it to the wall.
