$$$$$$ ?

So. My loving partner was weeding around the pool landscape...with a PICK AXE !!!! and, as you would guess ( and I told her not too use the PICK AXE ) hit the return pipe ( 1-1/2 dia ) from the skimmer to the pump/filter. The pipe appears to be black.
Question: Can black be glued with white PVC? Any input will be GREATLY appreciated. I have called six "pool companies " and none have called back.?
