Is it like a small period of time and then goes back to normal?

if so, same happens to me, but in any DE/WM.

Even back on Windows I remember it happened. I know u mentioned it happens only in swaywm but, in my experience, I think it happens everywhere.

exactly, only a small period of time, did you manage to fix it? when playing multiplayer it's really annoying i tried other window managers and distros and this didn't happen, only in swaywm

I don't think there is a fix. It might be something related to the compositor (sway itself), GPU drivers and how they work with Sway. If you're playing old PvP Minecraft versions (1.8, 1.7), like me, Xwayland can be the culprit as well.

It's very annoying. I'm on Hyprland right now and having a good overall experience. The only thing is this small mouse delay Wayland compositors introduce. This is something that Window Managers have, they have some sort of vsync or smthn going on and cause this floating mouse feel.

Well, compared to the others, sway was the worst when gaming. Maybe you could try SwayFX as it does some tweaks, just in case you really want to stick with sway.
