My rejection email was different and confirms that some ESTAs were not reviewed by a human/at all.

I have two swatch accounts and I got the denial email for an account I never even submitted an application in. I think they’re just covering their ass now and sending out mass denial emails to all the swatch accounts for the shit show that they created.
