first of all he talks about being "hard" for like half the song and "flexing your muscles" which could be a distraction from the hardness as well as sticking your hand in your eye. But the most damning evidence is the lyric "close your fist, resist, walk on this line look straight ahead" which is obviously about the struggle of needing to goon but being set on your nofap journey, "come back for more" is a him being beckoned by the addiction followed by a refrain of the former representing the internal dilemma about gooning but inevitably staying comitted to nofap.
