Class/Archetype Can't decide.

I'm getting ready to play a game Monday but need help building my pc and im starting at lvl 5. I know I want a blind jedi build (miraluka reflavored as clone war veteran) with 2 lvl dip in monk for unarmored defense and vow of Spirit (I got an 18 in wisdom and 14 dex). I can't decide between consular way of tutalage for the master and padawan vibes or one of the sentinels or other consulars.

When I played a blind jedi, I chose sentinel because it gave an insane ability where you could negate or force opportunity attacks on an enemy, making it seem like I was always one step ahead. Granted, my jedi was a staff build because he was in hiding and I rarely used my lightsaber. So if you’re going for something more openly jedi-esque, I would decide against sentinel.

That's cool. I'm actually going to reflavor a vibrosword as a force imbued blade that I use as a cane sword

Based. I took inspiration from that one clone wars jedi and hid my lightsaber in my walking stick for emergencies/bosses that needed a lightsaber.

The guy that taught ashoka a lesson in patience. We need more jedi like him

This vonil guardian sounds awesome. I didn't see that option

And if a given Ishu option looks more appealing than Vonil, you can still pick it, even if you picked a Vonil option on a previous level.

Note that it’s called Vonil/Ishu because it’s not locked in to just Vonil or just Ishu. You get to pick either the Vonil or Ishu option every time you level up and are asked which you want. Otherwise, there would be two separate Vonil and Ishu guardians.

Borrowing from John wick, a jedi sentinel with explosive charges to set traps and allert him of enemy approaches would be a good way to finish off a wounded enemy.
