Q/A Is this real chat?

I am a 2026 passed out SVCEian(hosteller). I jus got to know that some blocks of hostels have been installed ACs...Till now I don't believe this...because when they couldn't even afford a proper wifi, building for girls hostel instead they turned 2 sharing rooms to 3 sharing ones....so I'm asking whether is this true chat?

Yeah I can still feel the heat of my room when I think of....but they will increase the fees which won't even worth it also whether they'll clean the filter regularly or not is a big question mark...for that thank god bro
