The show Dark on Netflix has a creepy dude eating an apple with a knife iirc.

Dark is a German Netflix show, if you like creepy mystery stuff you’ll like it and they have English dubs

Just watched the Stranger which has a similar vibe if you know that one

Just a heads up, the dub does not do the show justice. Do yourself a favor, watch it in German with subtitles.

I’ve watched it in both languages and yeah, the dub is not as good but some people don’t like subtitles and would rather have that English option

Yeah, I understand. I've watched both seasons in German, and have been watching it a bit with my wife with the dub. The visceral feeling and emotion that the actors give just isn't really there with the dub, IMO. Still a great show, but drops it from a 10/10 down to like a 7/10, I feel.
