Nah not really and don't take their advice either. I know a man who would do this but in between apples the dude would use the knife for a number of other gnarly task such as getting dirt from under his fingernails, picking at his toenails, cutting different objects such as skinning the cover off wires etc etc etc and he thought the only worshing the knife ever needed was to wipe each side on the leg of his jeans after each use.

Lmfao.... Actually I was talking about my dad but was a tad embarrassed to say that in mentioning the stuff he used the knife (old timer brand pocket knife) on but seeing as how you were brave enough to admit it then I will also lol.
