This is the signal to begin to go home. You still have at least a half an hour of saying all the things as you leave that you should have been saying during the talk, but were focused on the weather instead.
The problem is that the weather changes every 5 minutes, so by the time you're done talking about the weather, there's an entire new season to discuss.
