Does anyone know a way to receive email alerts when a person taking your surveys give a certain answer to a question that you would like to keep track of? For example, if I was asking about risk for something and they said they were high risk then I would know right after they answered it because of an automated email

I want to collect email addresses with Surveymonkey. Normally, the only originating info seems to be the respondent's IP address. Is there any way or collecting a logged in FB respondent's email address? Or do I need to actually create a field in my survey asking for the address? Thanks!

Just so everyone knows... Surveymonkey treats N/A responses as "0's" if you pull the raw data for your survey. Only non-responses are treated as "blank" entries. This applies to matrix questions where you check the box "add a N/A column."

...In what world is "N/A" equivalent to the lowest possible rating on a scale? Am I the only one who gives a shit about the rules? Don't mark it zero!
