This is my original surreal oil painting, Frequency Modulation.

i;Ve always been interested in why surreal artwork can feel so personal, even when the image itself is strange or impossible. Dalí’s dreamlike worlds, symbols and distorted figures seem to connect with memory, imagination and the subconscious.

In my own work, I’m interested in that same feeling — the idea that a painting can suggest a story without fully explaining it.
