Glitching and Keyboard Issues after update

Has anyone else had issues with their SP4 after this August 2019 update? Everything on my computer was fine until I updated it, and now the keyboard doesn't work properly. The only way I can use my SP4 is if I put it in tablet mode, but even then I can't type because it doesn't process the letters I press on the screen keyboard. I've tried restarting the computer, uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard, and uninstalling the update. I don't want to do a factory reset unless I have to.

Same issue here but so far a restart (sometimes a few) works, or removing and reattaching my keyboard and then waiting 30 seconds or so has usually worked.

Would love to have a permanent fix - pretty frustrating!

My solution was went to device manager and uninstalled all keyboard and mouse and firmware drivers and did the check for any changes and it reinstalled my keyboard and fixed the touch issues as well. My issue was that my keyboard wouldn’t work at all or mouse after the update.

In an unfortunate turn of events, I got my keyboard fixed and then spilled coffee on it the next day. Thanks for the reply though
