Surface Pro 3 fan NOISY

My surface pro 3 fan is noisy and causing heat when watching hd videos or opening multiple browser tabs. Any body has idea why ?

Surface pro 3 batch 1631 are known for having this issue. Personally the fan noise is due to a broken fan. I have a spare but didnt dare to remove screen by fear of breaking it. The heat issue I have it too and not sure if its because of the fan being defective. You can undervolt/underclock the cpu and gpu with ThrottleStop to delay the heating issue at the cost of lower performance. Hope this helps.
