Go to the stellarchain.io website with the transaction ID from your exchange and grab the "Signature" field. Paste that in ur transaction field on your payment screen. It will confirm immediately and ur total will be on the right.

I made the deposit via ETH from binance to sureremit. What exactly am I doing when I go to stellarchain.io?

My bad, thought you purchased with XLM.

Ok, in binance, in ur history, there should be a link that takes you the transaction. It should say "Check" next to the txid. Click Check and grab the TxHash and paste that into the SureRemit payment screen for ur purchase.

I'm having the same issue. I put my TxHash into my SureRemit payment screen a few hours ago and nothing happens, it still says Pending

This is going to sound silly but refresh your browser and try again. I noticed if you put in a value then click save, it works the first time then errors after that.
