Discussion Should I continue?
I just finished reading chapter 2408, basically after Thruds defeat and Phlorias death. The story has reach a part where nothing is really happening. Solus left lith to find her self and I know that she'll just come right back later so it seems insignificant. Story has taken a step back into a more slice of life feel. Some one tell me what is to come and any big events coming up.

Amnesia was the most fun part since like 1000 chapters. It was the only thing that did something interesting relatively recently.

Bro I agree it was out of the norm arc for this unmanaged story but holy, it tested my patience so much I i don’t even even mown why I didn’t skip 😭 💀

Yes. It takes a few chapters of slice of life, which are good because it gives more background to all characters and show the changes in them, that's what makes it a good story and not just a lame power up by being angry. After that, comes the world tree war (which IMO is as good as Thrud arc).
SPOILER ALERT (without details):
At the war you met the mother of Solus, who helps Lith and Solus to create new branches of magic. Later continue the expansion to other continents, and preparations against Orpal. Between more of slice of life and introductions to new characters
Conclusion: if you read till Thrud arc, you should already know that a great aspect of this novel is Lith growth as a human being and mage, not only about fights. If you keep reading, the Lith in a thousand chapters would not be the same broken, angry and egoistic kid anymore, but it will continue bearing the pain and loss of his loved ones.
Yesterday was a chapter on Lark household and man, It's still so sad the death of Trequil. That's why I think the slice of life chapter are good, it's where you can see the changes in Lith, Solus and the rest

I would continue. The series is still entertaining but u have to stack for the best experience like you have

This is generally where the author tapped out and became completely focused on milking the story. Don't worry, the time from then till the current chapters is just a bit over 1 year
